 Payment

We accept PayPal, credit/debits cards, postal orders, bankers draft, personal cheque and cash on collection. We can accept payments over the phone on 0116 2124262 Ext.1 and our store is open 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. Items also can  be collected in store 9am-5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

 Postage

We are glad to offer free postage within the UK on all items from our eBay store. We aim to ship items within 1 working day from purchase and our order cut off time is usually 2pm. If your item has not been received within 5 working days or 12 workings days overseas, please contact us and we will look into it for you. A card should be left if delivery has been attempted. We would always recommend checking your local Post Office if you have not received your order. We can ship items next day and can arrange Saturday delivery at special request. Remote regions, highlands and Islands may cost more so please message us if in your not sure. Please leave a contact telephone number as this solves many delivery issues as overseas orders need a contact telephone to be shipped.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s you are welcome to return your goods, within 28 days, with a copy of your invoice & a small note explaining the problem. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the error is ours. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post.
