Diamond Supply Co.

Is Diamond Supply Co the most successful crossover brand? Whilst making innovative, style conscious skatewear they inadvertently made huge strides into streetwear fashion. Founded in 1998 by Nicholas Tershay (aka Nicky Diamond) out of his one bed San Francisco apartment the company grew so much that within two years he was moving in with Mike Carroll and Rick Howard in their Los Angeles, Girl Skateboards distribution house.
With the move Nick grew the range to a full selection of skateboard hard and soft goods, bolts, bearings, hoodies, t-shirts, jeans, fleeces and much more. The quality and design aesthetics that make the brand what it is have never dropped throughout the entire range and continuing lifespan of the company.
In 2005 Diamond Supply Co collaborated with Nike SB to create the 'Diamond Nike SB Tiffany Dunk” which took the trainer world by storm, quickly becoming one of the most sought after bits of footwear of all time.
In 2013 Diamond Supply Co opened their first flagship store in Los Angeles, allowing customers to view and buy from the range direct and offering exclusive special edition releases. They have since opened other stores in San Francisco and New York.

As well as designing skate goods they also have one of the best skate teams going. Eric Koston, Paul Rodriguez, Torey Pudwill and Nyjah Huston to name a few, not to mention legends like Stevie Williams.
